We offer a full bookkeeping service tailored to your individual requirements. We can carry out this work in our office in the centre of Sevenoaks or at your company's premises if that is more suitable. Our team are all experts in Sage 50 bookkeeping but we are equally able to assist with cloud bookkeeping packages such as Xero, Quickbooks, Kashflow and Sage One.
We will give advice on whether you should be registered for VAT and if so, whether Cash Accounting or Standard VAT Accounting should be used for your organisation. We will prepare and submit your quarterly VAT return for you as well. Monthly and quarterly management accounts can be prepared. This may be for you own benefit, for the bank or any other third party and we can advise how best to present figures depending on who needs to see them.
For Limited Companies, running a company payroll can be a great means of managing your tax bill. We provide a full payroll service that can be run weekly, four-weekly or monthly depending on your company's requirements. We will look after your PAYE and National Insurance calculations, in addition to any other forms that are required. We can also assist with your CIS calculations and payments, as well as reclaiming tax from HMRC.
The government now requires information in real time (RTI) so this has to be submitted monthly as opposed to annually. Our software has been updated to deal with the demands of auto enrolment pensions provision - a task that will be a massive headache if processed manually. In addition, by the end of 2017 nearly all businesses will be required to provide a pension scheme for staff under Auto Enrolment legislation - we can provide tailored options for meeting your new obligations.
